I know there are several things I need to do to stay healthy and happy. I'm doing anywhere from excellent to really bad on any of these things:
- Regular exercise (especially cardio) [POOR: I'VE BEEN SO UNMOTIVATED LATELY]
- Eat healthy [FAIR: I ALWAYS EAT HEALTHY, ALTHOUGH MAYBE A BIT TOO MUCH]
- Get plenty of sleep [EXCELLENT: I GET ABOUT 8HRS PER NIGHT]
- Avoid stimulants (eg: caffeine) [GOOD: I DRINK COFFEE AND TEA MODERATELY, BUT NOT TOO MUCH]
- Avoid other stressful situations [GOOD: SO FAR! KEEPING MY FINGERS CROSSED THAT NOTHING UNEXPECTED HAPPENS]
- Take regular personal time to relax and recharge [FAIR: I TAKE ADVANTAGE OF EVERY FREE MOMENT, BUT THERE HAVEN'T BEEN ENOUGH FREE MOMENTS]
