I haven't written any "happy tidbits" lately, so here's one:
I try to tell my mom I love her at least twice a day, and try to give her at least 4 hugs a day.
She loves it, and she needs it especially when she's experiencing anxiety. But it also makes me feel good. She says "thank you" and "I love you too", but I know there will be a time when she won't be able to respond, so I especially appreciate it now.
