The following is an announcement from the Alzheimer's Society about an important survey they are conducting. I hope everyone reading this takes the time to respond:
The Alzheimer Society is asking you to add your voice to our call for change. For the past several months, the Society has been reaching out to governments across Canada, working to raise awareness about the growing dementia epidemic, and its potential to overwhelm the health care system.
Your voice is a critical piece of our advocacy work, and our message to government will only be as strong as the number of stakeholders who lend their voices to a powerful call for change.
By clicking on the link below, you will be able to share with us the most challenging parts of your experiences with dementia, as well as what you feel are the most important areas for government assistance.http://www.surveymonkey.com/s.aspx?sm=p_2byN3w0Lo8Wedj_2byCJu5UQ_3d_3d
(if you have trouble accessing the survey through this link, please go to http://www.alzheimer.ca/ and click the survey button on the home page or cut and paste the web address into your web browser)
Please help us motivate our government to make change now!
Sincerely,
Debbie Benczkowski
